WHAT DETERMINES THE PRICE OF THE FLIGHT
LOGISTICS
Airport fees include various charges such as landing taxes, parking, hangar fees, payments to the airport, passenger transfers, and other services provided at the airport. Additionally, there are costs associated with the care and upkeep of the jet, as well as fuel expenses. Chartering a private jet inherently involves these airport-related and maintenance costs.
CREW
The number of pilots and cabin crew on board will vary. Travel expenses, including crew-related costs, depend on the destination and duration of your trip. You may be responsible for covering their hotel accommodations, return flights (whether empty or not), and other related expenses.
DESTINATION
The cost of renting a private jet will fluctuate based on the factors mentioned earlier. we will help identify the type of aircraft that best suits your needs. PARKING
Other technical factors can also impact the cost of your flight, such as the need for overnight hangar space. Some smaller airports, particularly in peak seasons like summer, can be quite busy, including popular business airports such as Figari, Saint Tropez, Ibiza, or Mykonos. These airports have strict operational procedures that we, as air brokers, must factor in to avoid any surprises regarding rates. If a private jet cannot be parked overnight due to limited space, the captain may need to relocate the aircraft to a nearby, less crowded airport. This extra leg of the flight will result in additional costs, ultimately increasing the rental price.
